Fap Kolo is provided by Tchoutezo Tedonzong. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, use online multiplayer, make purchases, or contact support.

Fap Kolo stores information locally to remember your preferences and progress. Depending on the features you use, this includes:
Local storage is used for game functionality. Your online guest credential should be kept private and should not be included in support messages.
When you create or update an online guest profile or participate in online play, the game service processes and stores information needed to operate those features, including:
Your player name, avatar, selected appearance, and relevant game activity may be visible to other players in your room or match, including players matched through online matchmaking.
You do not need to provide a real name or create a password-based account for guest play. We recommend using a nickname that does not identify you.
Offline game modes do not require participation in online multiplayer.
Information is used to:
Fap Kolo does not use gameplay or profile information for targeted advertising or cross-app or cross-website tracking.
Fap Kolo does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Online services necessarily receive network information, such as an IP address, when your device connects. Infrastructure providers may process connection information and operational logs to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. This is separate from advertising tracking.
Optional cosmetic purchases in the iOS app are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
The app uses Apple’s purchase and transaction information to verify ownership, unlock purchased content, and restore eligible purchases. Fap Kolo does not receive or store your payment card details.

Removing the game or requesting deletion of game data does not automatically delete Apple’s transaction records or issue a refund.
Fap Kolo does not sell personal information.
Information is disclosed as needed to provide the features you use:
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as your device model, operating-system version, screenshots, and problem description.
Please do not send passwords, guest access credentials, payment card details, or unnecessary personal information.
Local game data remains on your device until it is removed or overwritten. Deleting the app generally removes its local app data; device or cloud backups may retain copies according to your backup settings.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete information already stored by the online game service.
The current online service does not automatically delete guest profiles or stored room records after a fixed period. These records may remain until manually deleted.
To request access, correction, or deletion of online information, email Logic.fred1@gmail.com with the subject “Fap Kolo Privacy Request.” Initially, provide your player name and a description of your request. Additional information may be needed to identify the correct profile and verify that the request concerns your data. Do not send your guest access credential.
Avoid deleting your local app data before contacting support if you need help identifying an online profile.
You may stop further multiplayer activity by leaving online play and using offline modes. This does not remove previously stored online records.
Online multiplayer processes player names, guest identifiers, and game activity as described above, including when those features are used by a child.
Children should avoid using real names or sharing identifying information through player names or support messages. Parents and guardians can contact Logic.fred1@gmail.com with questions or requests concerning a child’s information.
Fap Kolo does not use children’s information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
The online guest profile system uses a generated access credential, and the game service stores a hashed identifier associated with that credential.
No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device secure and do not share your guest access credential.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal information.

This policy may be updated when game features or information-handling practices change. The revised policy will be published with an updated “Last Updated” date.
